Live Your Best Life, but don't "Do it for the 'Gram"!

Posting your questionable activities on social media is never a good idea!

Regardless of if your account is private or public, sharing this information means you lose your right to privacy. Police officers and detectives can use posts from your personal accounts as evidence against you.

Always be cautious about new friend requests on your social media accounts. Police officers often make fake profiles in an attempt to get suspected criminals to allow them access to their social media accounts.

Courts in Georgia allow your Facebook posts to be entered into evidence because these posts are viewed as your words and therefore your own admissions that you are participating in the activities pictured or displayed in these posts.

So do yourself a favor and don't "Do it for the 'Gram".
